Kevin developed the TILT! Process based on 30+ years in sales and sales management and extensive research on all current sales methodologies. 
 
For over 10 years, Kevin has run his own buiness as a speaker, workshop leader, consultant and author specialising in sales and sales management, communication skills for business and humour in the workplace.  He works across Australia and in New Zealand and South-East Asia working with large companies, government bodies, small to medium sized enterprises and professionals.  He has authored or co-authored ten books on sales, communication skills in business and fun at work and his articles feature regularly in major daily newspapers in Australia and Singapore. 
 
He is a Certified Speaking Professional, which is the highest possible designation for a professional speaker.  It is the only accreditation recognised internationally and is held by just 550 speakers in the world and only 70 in Australia.
